Our patented Smart-Card Interface Monitor (SCIM) analyzes the command and response sequence that takes place between a smartcard and a smartcard reading device.

The SCIM is fully-integrated within ASTREX, allowing developers and testers to perform accurate and rapid testing of terminal software releases.

You can either create your own testing and certification requirements, or you can use our pre-defined ADVT and ETEC test suites.

Testing is rapid and and immediate. An ADVT test run can be completed in forty-five minutes, while a complete ETEC test run can be wrapped up in under four hours.

• Together with our checkpointer module, the SCIM provides a total solution which guarantees hardware and terminal pre-certification compliance.
